First time making a deco roll cake... Pokemon-style! I saw a deco roll cake on Pinterest, and I realized that the various designs possible were absolutely endless. Since I really wanted to make another Pokemon-themed dessert, I decided to give this roll cake a try!
Drawing pikachu with the colored egg batter was probably one of the hardest things I have ever done thus far... But definitely worth the experience. Although this roll cake was a bit tedious to make (literally staring at the oven as the cake was baking, making sure I wasn't about to eat burned edges), I hope to make this deco roll cake again, and with directions and a recipe (I will update this post as soon as I do)! I unfortunately did not take any pictures of the process, silly me. So stay-tuned!
